Asia Pact is located centrally in the worlds most powerful manufacturing base - East Asia.  We have easy contact with many suppliers.  Not just in China, but also Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, India, Tibet,  all within 2 or 3 hours flight of our office.  We also have a partner office in Mumbai.

Sourcing Flowchart for New Zealand Companies:

• Agree quality, product specification and target price.
• Assess if sourcing is practical
• Identify/ verify range of competent suppliers. ( Often via AsiaPact Network)
• Obtain samples to confirm quality / soec / price
• 30% deposit paid, order placed (sustomary expecially with new supplier)
• Quaility check based on agreed parameters.  No payment is made until NZ customer is satisfied.
• Bill of Lading (BL - sometimes referred to as BOL or B/L) sent to confirm shipment
• Export procedures and documentation completed
• Shipment clears China Customs
• Shipment deliverd to New Zealand
