One of the first things people say, when considering doing business in China, is that their idea will be stoilen very quickly.  China is lifting its game all the time.  

Worried about intellectual property theft if you do business in China?  The president of John Deere China recently commented on intellectual property rights in China.  "On average, about 80% of Intellectual Property Rights cases put through litigation proceedings in China are found in favor of the plaintiff (the company holding the IPR).  If companies are willing to actively pursue [IPR], they will be rewarded”.
